Consequences of withdrawal

Keep in mind that when paying by credit card, it is likely that your bank does not show you the amount of the refund in your balance until the following month.
We can retain the refund in two cases:

In case of change or return of goods, you must assume the costs of transportation.
Common provisions

Returns of defective products

Notifications
The notifications that you send us should be sent to our email address info@silk-carlotabelles.com.
