The delivery times are calculated in working days, and can be affected by local or national holidays. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there is no delivery service, which must be taken into account in the calculation of shipping dates (Silk-carlotabelles) and / or return (user / consumer / buyer).

In periods in which special circumstances occur (dates such as Christmas, transport strikes, extraordinary events, etc.), shipments may suffer some delay. In this way, we will ship the product through the transfer of your physical possession without any delay, except for the aforementioned, and within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of the order confirmation (Article 66.1 bis, Law 3/2014 of March 27). Otherwise, the product will be sent at the time indicated on the Website.

Deliveries are not guaranteed at specific times. If the buyer indicates a specific date of delivery, or within it, shows preference for a specific time slot, it will be understood that it does so for guidance. must communicate this circumstance to the carrier so that, as far as possible, it conforms to this indication, without assuming any other obligation or responsibility.

When an order has left our offices to be delivered to the client, we will not have the possibility of recovering it. If a customer would like to cancel an order after it has been sent, we will refund the money you paid for the order, but not for the transportation costs.

If for some reason we could not meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and we will give you the option to continue with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or cancel the order with the full refund of the price paid.

For the purposes of these conditions, it will be understood that the “delivery” has taken place or that the order has been “delivered” at the moment in which you or a third party indicated by you (provided in the “Observations” section of the Website) acquire the material possession of the products, which will be accredited by signing the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

Impossibility of delivery
In the event that 15 days have elapsed since your order is available for delivery, the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and we will consider it resolved. As a result of the termination of the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, with the exception of delivery costs ( reserves the right to assess each specific case), within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which we consider the contract terminated.


The delivery of every product will be made by a transport agency. Orders will be delivered to the address designated by the buyer, therefore assumes no responsibility when the delivery cannot be made as a result of the data provided are inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made by absence of the recipient. In the event that delivery cannot be made at the address designated by the buyer, the transport agency will try to make the delivery as soon as possible, and in case of unsuccessful delivery, the package will be returned to us. In this case, we will refund to the customer the money paid for the products, but not the transportation costs.

We recommend designating the place of delivery correctly; you can provide us with your professional address or the address of a friend or relative. In relation to deliveries in hospitals, public entities and other establishments where there are restrictions of access to the general public, does not guarantee that deliveries are made directly to the recipient, therefore the order will be considered fulfilled and the responsibility will be released, when the delivery has been made available to the addressee at the reception of the establishment or in the place that performs the access control functions.

The price of the product and the price of transport are always detailed separately. The rates are calculated according to the geographical destination of the order. In case of placing an order in which for some reason the shipment is free, if a total or partial refund is made, the cost of transport will be borne by the customer.

The shipping costs do not include the possible additional expenses for customs and taxes, which will always be paid at destination by the recipient of the merchandise.
