Right of withdrawal
If you are hiring as a consumer and user, and for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without the need for justification.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods or in the case that the goods that conform your order are delivered separately, to the 14 calendar days of the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the last delivered of those goods.

Consequences of withdrawal
Once we receive the product in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, the amount will be refunded in accordance with the payment method.
You will receive the refund of the amount within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date we have been informed of the decision to withdraw. Keep in mind that when paying by credit card it is likely that your bank does not show you the amount of the refund in your balance until the following month.
We can retain the refund in two cases:
Until we have the product in our warehouse.
Until you have sent us a proof of having initiated the return process.
You must assume the shipping cost of returning the goods.
Your right to withdraw from the contract will apply exclusively to those products that are returned under the same conditions in which you received them. Please return the item using or including all of its original packaging.
It is very important that you return the product (s) perfectly packaged. In case the product (s) is damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return.
Except for manufacturing defects, no changes or refunds will be accepted in products already used.
Procedures for changes and returns
For a return:

Once we receive the product in our warehouse and verify that all the conditions for making the change or the return are met, we will proceed, in the case of a refund, to the refund of the amount by the same means of payment that was used to pay the purchase, and in the case of a change, to the shipment of the new product. In the case that the amount is lower we will pay you the difference by the same payment method that you have used. If, on the other hand, the price of the changed product is higher, we will notify you of the difference.

Returns of defective products

We will proceed to carefully examine the returned product and we will notify you by e-mail within a reasonable time if the refund or replacement of the product (if applicable) is applicable. The refund will be made by the same means of payment that was used to pay for the purchase.

Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of material or wear caused by normal use thereof, are not included in this warranty.

- Inability to use public or private telecommunication systems.
